How can I cancel my premium membership?With email:
The premium membership can easily be canceled with am informal email to email@example.com. Please enter the invoice number of the last invoice. The notice must be received by us 3 days prior to your contract expiration date. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within next days of your cancellation.
In the app:
From version 6.1.25 you can cancel directly in the app. Go to "User account" in the menu and then to "Edit account". In the web app, click on the "change" button in the upper right corner of your user name. There you will find the current contract status and a corresponding cancellation button.
For In-App purchase:
If you have concluded the Premium Membership via In-App purchase, you will find the termination in the corresponding settings of your App Store.
Upon termination of the premium membership, the user account will continue as a free account. That is, all data is retained and you still have access to them.
