Help! My data is gone!

Please check first whether the displayed period is correct. Under the new input button, you can see the time period for which data has been entered and also the one that is currently displayed. Is that right? Sometimes you enter with an incorrect year by mistake, then the display is altered.

If this does not help, please check whether the registration is still correct. If there is enough space, your username is in the headline. You will see your registration in the settings at the top. Is this correct?

If it is your username, you may have inadvertently entered your data as a guest. Then you should see a "guest" button at the top of the app. Click here to switch to the guest account. Can you see the data now? If so, our support can include your data in your user account. We also do not get an insight into the data.
