Restart App
Sometimes it is necessary to restart the app. However, returning to the home screen and starting it again is not a real restart. The app is only temporarily not displayed but continues to run in the background. To truly remove it from memory, please proceed as follows.

- On an iPhone X or newer or an iPad with iOS 12 or newer or iPadOS, swipe up from the bottom of the home screen and pause in the middle of the screen. On an iPhone 8 or older, double-click the home button to view the recently used apps.
- Swipe right or left to find the app you want to close.
- Swipe up on the app preview to close it.
Android:
There is usually a standard function that shows the recently used apps and allows you to close them. For older devices, there are numerous task managers that allow you to close the app. Additionally, you can find the option "Force Stop" under Settings/Applications for the corresponding app.
