I forgot my password
We've prepared a page where, after you enter your username, you'll receive an email with a new password.Because BloodPressureDB also allowed creating multiple user accounts with the same email address, there's also a way there to request all usernames linked to a single email address.

In the app you'll find the forgot-password function directly under the login form.
Please note:
- If you request a new password and then log in with your previous password, the new password will be invalidated. That means your old password was still known.
- If you request multiple new passwords, only the most recently sent one is valid.
- The new password must be used within the first two hours after it's sent, otherwise it expires.
Or did you set a password for the app?
The app can be protected with an app password. This is unrelated to your account password. When the app starts, a field is shown where you must enter this password. No username is requested.This password is stored only locally in the app and cannot be bypassed.
You can uninstall and reinstall the app. If you are a registered user, simply log in again to restore all your data.
If you used the app as a guest, please register after reinstalling and contact our support (support@bloodpressuredb.com) with your new account details and the guest ID of your original guest account. We can then transfer the data from your guest account into the new account. We will not have access to your data.
