I can't sign in
Because BloodPressureDB allows multiple user accounts to be created with the same email address, the username and password may not match.You can also look up all usernames associated with an email address.

In the app you'll find the "Forgot password" function directly below the sign-in form.
Or have you set a password for the app?
The app can be locked with a password. This is separate from your account password. When the app starts you'll see a field where you must enter that password. It doesn't ask for a username.This password is stored only locally in the app and cannot be bypassed.
You can uninstall and reinstall the app. If you're registered, just sign in afterward to get all your data back.
If you used the app as a guest, please register after reinstalling and contact our support (support@bloodpressuredb.com) with your new user account and the guest ID of your original guest account. We can then transfer the data from your guest account to the new account. We won't have access to your data.
