The confirmation email isnt coming through. Whats going on?
Please first check your spam folder in your email account. Sometimes the email is mistakenly marked as spam.If its not there, please check that the email address you entered is correct. When you register in the app, you can open the registration form again and see the details you entered. Until your user account is confirmed via the email link, you can also make changes there and confirm again by tapping Register. Then a new email will be sent to the updated address. Important: Only the most recently sent confirmation email is valid.
Note: If you automatically forward our emails from one inbox to another, it may happen that the new provider doesnt accept the forwarded email for security reasons or marks it as spam. Therefore, please use the email address where you actually want to receive our messages directly, if possible.
