The confirmation email does not arrive. What's happening?

First, please check your spam folder in your email account. Sometimes the email is mistakenly recognized as spam.

If you can't find it there, make sure that you provided us with the correct email address. When you register in the app, you can call up the registration form again and see the information you provided. Until the user account is confirmed through the link in your email, you can also make changes there and confirm with "Register" again. A new email will then be send to the changed e-mail address. Attention: Only the confirmation e-mail that was sent last is valid.
